Our mission is to generate a continuous ripple of change in society that will manifest into a tidal wave, affecting and motivating all touched by the Culture Plunge experience. 

 

We seek to motivate individuals to become agents of change willing to fight and stand in the path of injustice, oppression and reduce implicit and explicit bias.
