Culture Plunge fundamentally feel, to the extent that a person can know, love, and understand others, an individual must first know, love, and understand themself.
We are dedicated to promoting authentic self-exploration and personal transformation as a means of achieving a more just and equitable society. The organization is founded on the belief that understanding and respecting differences among individuals and cultures is essential to this goal which leads to a potential change and impact on the perpetuation of oppression(s).
Culture Plunge's vision is to inspire individuals to become agents of change and to stand up against injustice and oppression, creating a ripple effect that will ultimately lead to a tidal wave of positive change in society. The organization seeks to motivate individuals to become advocates for change and to fight against inequality and injustice.

Intef W. Weser - Co-Founder

Intef W. Weser is the co-founder and Director of Culture Plunge: Culture and Diversity Consultants. With over 22 years of experience as a Student Affairs professional in the California State University system of a non-profit corporation, Intef is committed to working towards understanding and respecting differences.
He is also a licensed Real Estate agent with Keller Williams Realty, Inc.
